Archivist – 50% fixed-term contract

Your mission
You will work closely with our archivist in managing all the archives of our company.

Your main responsibilities

• Drafting transfer and destruction slips,
• participating in raising awareness of document management within the company,
• conducting historical research in response to internal and external requests.

Your profile

• Bachelor in Information Science from HEG-SO or equivalent,
• knowledge of IT tools dedicated to archival management,
• interest in the transport sector,
• good interpersonal skills,
• rigour and precision,
• excellent writing skills.
