Role:
In this senior position within the medical service of the outpatient clinic, you are responsible for a varied psychiatric-psychotherapeutic activity and take on leadership tasks in an interdisciplinary, professionally skilled team of doctors and psychologists. You actively shape the professional development of the department and bring your clinical experience purposefully into diagnostics, treatment, and therapy planning. Responsibilities:
- In this role, you take on the medical leadership of the department with a broad psychiatric diagnostic spectrum.
- You lead the specialist doctors, assistant doctors, and psychologists assigned to you both personally and professionally.
- As a senior person, you are responsible for the quality of patient care within your area of responsibility.
- You independently carry out outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic activities.
- As a member of the management team, you actively contribute to the strategic development of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
- You enjoy treating and providing long-term care for patients.
- You are a flexible, integrative personality and gladly take on professional and leadership responsibilities.
- You prefer to work in a strongly care-oriented clinic with a clear patient focus.
- You appreciate working in a multiprofessional team.
