For an established Swiss production company in the packaging sector, we are looking for you as a Machine Operator. In this varied role, you will ensure a smooth production process in assembly together with your team. You will work on modern machines, take responsibility and actively contribute to improvement processes.
You enjoy practical work, lend a hand and take responsibility for ensuring that machines and processes function reliably. You can expect a varied role on modern machines – in a team, with clear processes and the opportunity to make an important contribution to high-quality production every day.
Daily Business
- Setting up, operating & monitoring production machines
- Ensuring quality & production performance
- Recording feedback in the ERP production system
- Adhering to safety, quality & hygiene standards
- Minor repairs and cleaning of machines
- Participation in optimisations
- Close cooperation with upstream & downstream departments
Your Background
- Technical basic training (machine operator direction)
- Ideally as packaging technologist, packaging printer or print media practitioner
- Technical basic training (machine operator direction)
- Ideally as packaging technologist, packaging printer or print media practitioner
- Experience as machine operator in a production company
- Willingness to work day & two-shift operations
- Good German & IT skills
- Quality-conscious, team-oriented & reliable working style
- Experience in the packaging industry
