Shape the mobility of tomorrow. As a Construction Supervisor in railway construction, you ensure that our infrastructure remains safe, reliable and sustainable in operation.

• You lead a versatile team of around 20 specialists as well as external partners and ensure that projects in railway construction are implemented safely, efficiently and successfully
• You plan, organise and coordinate construction sites with the aim of sustainably ensuring the availability and operational safety of our railway infrastructure
• You take responsibility for occupational safety and health protection and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the applicable safety regulations
• You coordinate and lead external track construction companies both technically and organisationally and ensure successful cooperation on an equal footing
• You manage railway construction projects throughout the entire implementation phase, keeping quality, deadlines and costs in view at all times

• You have completed training as a Construction Supervisor or have a comparable further education in construction
• You have at least five years of leadership experience in railway, road or civil engineering and are willing to work occasional shift work
• You know the requirements of railway construction and ideally have experience with SORBA. Knowledge of construction costing is a plus
• You convince with a solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working, take responsibility and manage to inspire employees for common goals
• Safety, quality and reliability are your top priorities. You recognise risks early and act proactively
