Tasks

Together with around 14 employees, you ensure the sales success of your department as Department Manager: Hardware.
Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This way, you implement the company strategy as a team.
You think and act entrepreneurially. This guarantees that the right goods are always on the shelves and that they look top-notch.
Your daily tasks? You create the staff deployment plan including cost control, are responsible for sales analysis, and implement measures to promote sales.
General administrative tasks are naturally also part of your role in our successful company.

You are determined, solution-oriented, and a winning sales personality – with leadership experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
Thanks to your vocational training in retail, you are a professional in your field. Ideally, you have acquired your business management skills through further training as a retail specialist.
We expect you to have perfect written and spoken German. You can score points with us if you speak additional foreign languages.
You are also familiar with common Office programmes.
