HR Generalist (m/f/d), 100%
Your task:
As an experienced HR professional, you are an important contact person for our employees and managers and competently support them in all personnel-related matters throughout the employee life cycle.
In addition, you take on a varied range of tasks in personnel administration. You look after the employees and operations assigned to you in personnel administrative matters, prepare employment contracts and references, maintain personnel data, and support onboarding and offboarding as well as other HR processes.
As an HR Generalist, you actively contribute to various HR topics and projects. You support the further development and optimisation of our HR processes. Your strong service orientation and flair for dealing with different stakeholders make you a valued contact person within the company.
You accompany the branches assigned to you throughout the entire recruitment process – from creating and publishing job advertisements to coordinating and conducting interviews, right through to selecting and hiring new employees. In doing so, you work closely with managers, advise them on filling their vacancies, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

You offer us:
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a great advantage
• Qualification as an HR specialist with a federal certificate and at least 3 years of experience in human resources
or
• Qualification as a personnel assistant with a recognised certificate and at least 5 years of experience in human resources
• Experience in recruitment and enjoyment in dealing with candidates and managers
• Sound knowledge of personnel administration and a good understanding of HR processes
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, and an independent working style
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
• French skills are a great plus
• English skills at B1 level
• Strong IT affinity and confident handling of the MS Office suite
