The ICT ERP Services team is responsible for the support and further development of SAP specialised applications. In collaboration with our partners in the specialist departments, we ensure the smooth running of numerous support processes within the hospital.

Your tasks – our position
We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst whose main task is to ensure expertise in the IS-H module area and to guarantee the continuity and further development of master data and the patient management process. He/she will work closely with the specialist and IT teams, participate in resolving disruptions, and implement change requests. Our future colleague will also be responsible for the common medical applications linked to SAP (Ibicare, Diacos, Idefix, etc.) and will take on the following tasks:
- Planning / execution of necessary updates
- Handling disruptions and new requirements
- Coordination of external and internal resources
- Definition of interfaces to/from SAP IS-H
- Regular maintenance of systems outside regular working hours
In this role, you will work closely with the other teams of our Digital & Technology Directorate (technical support, medical services, network and infrastructure, security).
Your skills – our requirements
- You have solid SAP knowledge and can demonstrate at least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
- You master the IS-H module in a SAP ECC EHP 8 environment (experience with SAP S4H would be an advantage).
- Several years of experience as a SAP key user in the medical field as well as a strong interest in IT and willingness to engage with technical aspects would also be advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL and SAP queries as well as ABAP debugging is a great plus
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in the medical field, especially in a hospital environment, and are familiar with the Swiss tariff systems (Tarmed and Tardoc).
- To ensure effective communication with hospital staff and our partners in Switzerland, the candidate must be bilingual French/German (at least B1-B2 in the other language).
- Excellent interpersonal skills are also required to best support change among the various contacts.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty (max. 4 weeks per year)
