Head of AI (m/f/d)

As an SAP Gold Partner with over 500 consultants in the DACH region, we consolidate all AI activities of the group in a central AI core team and six fields of action.

• Leadership and coaching of the field leads (AI for Productivity, -Processes, -Delivery, -Customers, -Products and -Business Model)
• Technical leadership of the AI core team and management of integrative interfaces to controlling, governance, change management and others
• Prioritisation of AI use cases together with field leads and programme management as well as building and maintaining a group-wide AI roadmap
• Harmonisation of use cases for the entire Cpro Group and definition of architectural guidelines (including SAP BTP, SAP Business AI Platform, Generative AI Hub, Joule) in coordination with the responsible specialist teams
• Management of the implementation of AI use cases
  
• Development and further advancement of AI governance: guidelines on tool selection, data usage, quality, information security and the EU AI Act
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs for usage, quality, time savings and cost-effectiveness as well as management of AI budget, licences and consumption
• Interface to SAP and other technology partners (partner programmes, funding initiatives, SAP Business AI roadmap) and representation of Cpro with clients, at events and towards the advisory board
• Promotion of a group-wide AI culture through enablement programmes, a multiplier network and internal communication

• Proven experience in responsibility for AI, innovation or transformation programmes
• Solid understanding of the overarching AI market around LLMs and AI agents
• Experience in programme and portfolio management, ideally in a consultancy with multiple companies or business units
• Leadership experience, preferably also lateral, and the ability to engage stakeholders from management to consulting teams
• Knowledge of AI governance, data protection and the requirements of the EU AI Act
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You connect technology with business model and profitability
• Fluent German and very good English skills
