Your tasks:
- Leading and supervising the special works cleaning and maintenance teams
- Conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
- Managing stock, ordering cleaning materials (equipment and consumables) and managing inventories
- Regular contact with the client
- Service coordination meetings
- Managing and monitoring cleaning-related projects
- Financial monitoring of the activity
Your profile:
- Trained in the field of cleanliness and cleaning (CFC or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of special works (carpet washing, facade window cleaning, stripping and impregnating floors)
- Several years of experience in a similar role involving active management of cleaning teams
- Computer literacy, especially Excel
- Good command of spoken and written French
- Sense of responsibility
- Helpful with a strong customer orientation
- Autonomous, discreet and with a well-developed team spirit
- Good organisational skills and good stress resistance
- High adaptability
- Driving licence required
