About the job
The Office for City Properties manages the properties of the city of Thun. The portfolio of the city of Thun includes approximately 400 objects and a land area of around 2 million square metres. Thus, the Office for City Properties is one of the significant property owners in the canton of Bern as the owner’s representative and client.

Your tasks:
- Maintenance and care of sports halls, athletics facilities and green areas
- Water treatment and maintaining water quality in the swimming pool
- Ice preparation for ice hockey, figure skating or curling
- Building cleaning and maintenance as well as carrying out various repairs
- Checking and maintaining the building services systems
- Responsibility for safety, order and cleanliness across all sports facilities
- Various administrative tasks
