• Lead and coordinate projects independently
• Take over deployment planning and leadership of installation teams
• Supervise construction executions and ensure their compliance
• Coordinate and align internal and external processes
• Create and manage customer quotations and cost estimates

• Completed training as a heating installer
• Advanced professional qualification such as HF technician or project manager in building technology
• Experience in project management, ideally in the ventilation sector
• Sense of responsibility combined with economic thinking
• Independent, reliable working style and strong leadership qualities
