A Continuous Improvement Manager is currently sought to lead continuous improvement initiatives and support operational teams directly on site.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You analyse production processes directly in the workshop to understand their actual operation and measure their performance
- You identify sources of inefficiency related to flows, cycle times and organisation, then develop relevant and sustainable action plans
- You support operational managers in solving complex problems and assist in the skills development of their teams
- You facilitate participative problem-solving workshops and promote a genuine culture of operational excellence on a daily basis
- You actively contribute to quality optimisation, cost control and meeting deadlines across the entire value chain
You offer your new employer
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, production management or an equivalent field
- You ideally complement this background with a Lean Management certification such as Green Belt, or training in Six Sigma or equivalent methods
- You have at least five years’ experience in an industrial environment (production, logistics or continuous improvement) with a good command of Lean, Six Sigma, A3, Kaizen tools and flow analysis
- You know how to challenge existing practices, influence without hierarchical authority and develop teams with a pragmatic and supportive approach
