How you contribute to health
- Professional and customer-oriented support of clients throughout the processing of their inpatient benefits cases
- Handling inpatient cases from coverage guarantee to benefits settlement
- Coordination between clients, hospitals, and other care providers
- Processing and analysing benefit requests, invoices, and guarantee requests in compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Managing cases involving non-contracted care providers to ensure professional handling
- Advising and supporting our regional teams on issues related to planned inpatient hospitalisations
- Requesting evaluations from the Medical Advisory Service within your area of expertise
- Requesting risk assessments when elements suggest non-compliance with admission conditions
- Identifying optimisation potentials and actively contributing by proposing solutions
What sets you apart
- Commercial or medical training with an affinity for another field
- Experience in the benefits area of a health insurance or hospital administration
- Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relations
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- High degree of autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and initiative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
- Knowledge of German, English, or Italian is an advantage
