About the job
Test Assistant 40%The biz Oerlikon is a cantonal competence centre for career, study, and vocational guidance. For the diagnostic assessments within biz Oerlikon as well as for other tasks of the Diagnostics Department, we are looking for two test assistants from 1 January and 1 February 2027 for a minimum of 12 months.
As a test assistant, you will work in a four-person team, advise and support the career, study, and vocational counsellors in the application of test procedures, conduct tests, and evaluate them. You will participate in projects of the Diagnostics Department and become familiar with a wide range of test procedures such as performance, personality, and interest tests as well as work materials. You will also be involved in other areas of our biz. In addition, you will gain insight into counselling activities and, if appropriate, conduct initial counselling sessions yourself under supervision.
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory) and are interested in career, study, and vocational guidance as well as test diagnostics. You are looking for an opportunity to apply and deepen your expertise in these areas.
You are an open and communicative person, reliable, flexible, characterised by an independent working style, and appreciate working in a small team.
