The SoBZ/KESB Willisau-Wiggertal municipal association aims to operate the social counselling centre as well as the child and adult protection authority. The social counselling centre is a regional, versatile advisory service providing social services. A second location will open in Dagmersellen from January 2027.

Our valued employee is retiring and we are seeking, from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, a skilled and solution-oriented individual for the role of ICT SPECIALIST | 60 % or 90 % * (* INCLUDING SPECIALIST APPLICATION SUPPORT)

Our IT department ensures a powerful, secure and user-oriented ICT environment, enabling a smooth working day – both in the office and at home. The workload is 60 %; 90 % if taking on the support of specialist applications.

Here you take on responsibility

• 1st and 2nd level support as well as installation and maintenance of end devices, Microsoft 365 and ICT applications.
• Administration and further development of the ICT environment including Microsoft 365, IAM, Intune, network, endpoint protection and licences.
• Participation in ICT projects, rollouts and migrations as well as automation and further development of ICT processes.
• Collaboration with specialist departments and IT service providers as well as training of employees; deputy for the IT manager. Support and further development of specialist applications, especially KLIBnet and KESBweb, including support, administration, interfaces and updates.

You bring with you

• Training as an ICT specialist EFZ or computer scientist EFZ as well as further training in system technology, network support and software distribution.
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting and administration of ICT environments.
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune; specialist applications KLIBnet and KESBweb are an advantage.
• Structured, solution-oriented and efficient working style with a sense of responsibility.
• Independent, reliable personality with team spirit, service orientation and enthusiasm for technological development.
• Driving licence is an advantage
