What is my role?

In a dynamic real estate environment, you take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Zurich and the surrounding area. You independently manage your properties, coordinate various concerns, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day operations. As a central interface, you are in direct contact with owners, tenants, prospective tenants, craftsmen, and other partners, and together with your team, contribute to professional and personal property management.

What do I need to be successful?

• Initial experience in property management and handling your own portfolio

• Good knowledge of tenancy law and the real estate market as well as confident negotiation skills

• Service-oriented, committed, and resilient personality

• Independent, structured, and responsible working style

• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking

• Confident use of Office 365, GaraioRem is an advantage

• Driving licence category B
