• Active participation in electrical assembly and service work on rail vehicles.
• Guiding and performing electrical work based on cable lists, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Carrying out conversion and modernization work on existing rail vehicles.
• Handling warranty and rework cases domestically and abroad.
• Coordinating interfaces, including organizing material flow and ensuring schedule and quality requirements.
• Developing and leading the team through motivating, professionally competent, and participative leadership.
• Planning and providing all necessary testing equipment, aids, spare parts, and tools for service deployments.

• Completed vocational training as an electrician (or comparable training) with appropriate further education
• Initial leadership experience desirable
• Experience in rail vehicle construction and service is an advantage
• IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel
