For our client, a company specialised in microfabrication and high-precision technologies, we are looking for a Process ES Technician (M/F), permanent position at 100%

Your tasks with your new employer

• You analyse process deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions
• You develop, optimise and stabilise microtechnical manufacturing processes
• You participate in the industrialisation of new products
• You collaborate closely with production, quality and R&D teams
• You implement and monitor process performance indicators
• You actively contribute to continuous improvement (Lean / 5S / Six Sigma depending on context)

You offer your new employer

• You hold a degree from an engineering school or ES technician (microtechnology, mechanics, materials or equivalent)
• You have initial experience in an industrial environment (microtechnology, watchmaking or medtech is an advantage)
• You have good analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are autonomous, rigorous and enjoy teamwork
• You are proficient in French; English is a plus
