TCS Travel has been organising tailor-made small group tours in French and German for over 25 years, in a friendly club atmosphere.

To sustainably strengthen our team at the head office in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager Travel, capable of playing a true operational partner role, with a global vision of the activity and a strong ability to take responsibility, for a position at 80% or 100%.

At the heart of TCS Travel’s activity, you play a key role in the production, management and development of our trips, in close collaboration with the agency manager, the team and our partners.

A true operational right-hand, you are able to intervene at all levels of the activity and ensure continuity in case of absence.

Your challenges

• Operational management and overall coordination of travel activities (production, sales, back office, support)
• Design, management and development of travel production (design of tailor-made programmes, active research of new destinations and travel ideas, price and margin calculations, negotiations with suppliers, product coherence and positioning)
• Partner role alongside the agency manager, with the ability to ensure operational continuity in their absence
• Commercial follow-up and customer relations
• Responsibility for operational financial aspects
• Active contribution to marketing and communication
• Optimisation of work processes and continuous improvement of the customer experience through digital tools
• Understanding and analysing system operations to optimise business practices

What you bring

• Excellent command of French and Swiss German, both spoken and written (imperative)
• Training in tourism and very solid experience in a travel agency
• Complete mastery of travel production, calculations and economic logic
• Strong analytical, creative and anticipatory skills
• Global vision, sharp sense of priorities and initiative
• High autonomy, sense of responsibility, stress resistance and reliability.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ease with IT, digital and marketing tools
