Responsibilities

You are the face of our hospitality and take responsibility on board. In this versatile role, you represent SWISS to the world.

• Safety is your top priority. You consistently and responsibly implement our high safety standards according to international regulations.
• You ensure a smooth start to every assignment with careful and independent flight preparation.
• With your service-oriented manner, you create an outstanding guest experience and contribute to a consistent SWISS experience.
• After comprehensive training, you provide first aid and act calmly even in demanding situations.
• You ensure a professional appearance even during irregular working hours and unplanned extended assignments.
• You actively contribute to changing crews, take responsibility, and strengthen the team with your personality and expertise.

Requirements

For the role of Cabin Crew Member, you should meet the following criteria:

• Swiss or EU / EFTA passport
• Minimum age: 18 years at the start of training, no upper age limit
• Minimum height: 155 cm
• Ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes
• Good swimming skills
• Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19, yellow fever, etc.)
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) or higher education (e.g. Matura)
• Service-oriented, team player, reliable and conscientious
• Self-reflective and willing to develop further
• Flexible and adaptable, irregular working hours do not bother you
• Well-groomed appearance, tattoos generally allowed except on the face and ears
• If subject to military service: completed basic military training
