About the job
We are looking for a committed and professionally competent individual to support and implement projects in the field of building security. In this role, you will take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of security and access solutions in the Zurich region, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Processing customer orders according to time, cost, and quality requirements
- Customer support, maintenance, and expansion of relationships
- Professional advice and order processing in the field of access solutions
- Preparation of offers, tender management, and reporting
- Main contact person for customers and partners from inquiry to project completion
- Construction meetings, site supervision, and progress documentation
- Creation and updating of project plans and schematics
- Development of solution proposals and measures in case of deviations
- Ensuring reporting, deployment coordination, and invoicing
- Conclusion of maintenance contracts in cooperation with contact persons
- Commercial knowledge or further training is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics as well as confident use of standard software
- Experience with access systems and security technology installations, preferably Honeywell products or comparable
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English or French are advantageous
- Valid driving licence category B
- Responsible, structured, and independent working style
- High customer orientation, professional manners, and confident appearance
- Assertive with strong communication and negotiation skills
- High standards of quality, organisational talent, and team spirit
- Resilient, able to keep an overview even in stressful situations

- Several years of experience in project management and implementation of electrotechnical systems, ideally with leadership experience- Commercial knowledge or further training is an advantage
