Would you like to join our finance team as a Finance Clerk specialising in accounts receivable and accounts payable and write Swiss cycling history together with the entire Thömus family?
Your tasks – You make a difference:
• You support accounts receivable: processing customer emails, dunning runs, payment reconciliations and administrative accounts receivable activities
• You support accounts payable: recording supplier invoices, obtaining approvals, assisting with payment runs and proper filing of invoices
• You process cash settlements and ensure that all cash register data is correctly documented and reconciled
• You process credit card statements and take care of their posting
• You assist with statistical evaluations, reporting and closing tasks
• You support the finance team in all accounting and administrative tasks (answering the phone, replying to emails, etc.)
Your profile – what you bring:
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have initial professional experience in finance and accounting
• You enjoy what you do, think positively and want to continuously develop yourself
• You are resilient and enjoy working in an exciting and dynamic environment
• You have high quality standards for your own work and are IT-savvy
• You are communicative and have a confident command of German
