YOUR TASKS

• Central contact person for all VAT-related enquiries within the Hirslanden Group (excluding VAT declaration)
• Preparation of tax returns for the companies of the Hirslanden Group as well as various ESTV forms
• Review of provisional and definitive tax bills and assessments
• Verification of tax provisions of all companies within the Hirslanden Group as part of the annual and half-year financial statements
• First contact for general direct tax issues within the Hirslanden Group and with our external tax advisors and tax authorities
• Review and processing of various tax matters (direct and indirect taxes) as well as participation in the restructuring of internal processes related to tax
• Preparation of tax memoranda and tax rulings as well as tax reports
• Administrative support in the preparation of external financial reporting according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in economics, law or a professional certificate in finance & accounting (possibly with ExpertSuisse certificate "SME Tax Consulting" or "VAT" or in training to become a tax expert)
• Initial professional experience in the field of taxation
• Strong analytical skills and a pronounced flair for numbers
• Structured, precise and punctual working style as well as high independence and resilience; "hands-on" mentality
• SAP-FI system knowledge, Dr. Tax knowledge desirable as well as good Excel skills
• Very good German and English skills; French skills an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
