Job Description

• Performing décaleque and pad printing work on dials
• Printing logos, brand names, minute tracks, indexes, and decorations
• Setting up and operating manual, semi-automatic, or automatic décaleque machines
• Preparing, positioning, and centring the dials
• Working with pads, clichés, colours, lacquers, and mounts
• Checking print quality under the binocular microscope
• Detecting and correcting the smallest printing and positioning errors
• Carrying out ongoing self-inspection
• Cleaning and maintaining machines and work equipment
• Adhering to quality, safety, and production guidelines
• Supporting other tasks within dial manufacturing

We Expect

• Proven practical experience in décaleque or pad printing on dials
• Training as a cadranographe or opérateur/trice en horlogerie is an advantage
• Experience with manual, semi-automatic, or automatic décaleque machines
• Ability to set up and adjust machines as independently as possible
• Experience in dial manufacturing or the watch industry
• Knowledge of SLN/Super-LumiNova, screen printing, or dial decoration is an advantage
• Very good fine motor skills and a strong quality awareness
• Good eyesight and experience working under the binocular microscope
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Good knowledge of French
• Short-term availability is an advantage
