Responsibilities:
You support the department management in the professional and organisational leadership of a team of around 20 employees.
You ensure high-quality, patient-oriented care and actively participate in direct nursing care.
You accompany employees in their professional and personal development.
You contribute to projects as well as the continuous optimisation of processes.
You work closely with the interprofessional management team and contribute to achieving common goals.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH.
You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in a rehabilitative environment.
Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on responsibility is an advantage.
You convince with organisational talent, personal responsibility and a structured way of working.
You are a appreciative, communicative personality with high social and professional competence.
