IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Support of the ICT infrastructure and ensuring a stable and reliable IT operation
Receiving and processing technical enquiries in 1st-level support as well as assisting employees with IT problems
Administration and monitoring of Windows and VMware environments
Participation in the design, implementation and further development of ICT solutions and IT projects
Analysis and resolution of faults as well as continuous optimisation of IT services
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Good knowledge of Windows Client/Server, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and ideally VMware
Initial experience in system administration and technical IT support
Strong service and customer orientation, quick comprehension and high sense of responsibility
Very good German language skills, independent working style and enjoyment of working in IT projects
