Your mission:
• Welcome children and their families respectfully and kindly.
• Ensure the child’s psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being.
• Have a duty to alert on any breach of safety and well-treatment rules and a duty of prevention and protection of the child.
• Collaborate and actively communicate with the site management and the entire educational team.
• Share observations with the educational team.
• Participate in creating a pleasant working environment respecting Babilou Group’s values and each person’s personality.
Your profile:
• Person aged 20 or over with proven educational experience with children or parental experience or childcare assistance of at least 6 months.
• French-speaking, with good oral English skills or native English speaker or fluent oral English with good French knowledge if applying for an English-speaking position.
