Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the technical management of construction sites in the area of building construction and/or conversion and preservation
• On site, you professionally lead the construction personnel and, in cooperation with the construction management, are responsible for deployment planning
• Throughout the entire execution, you take over project controlling and jointly with the construction management monitor costs, deadlines and quality
• You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have a basic training in building construction/conversion or in preservation and ideally further training as a foreman*woman or have the corresponding professional experience
• With your winning personality and your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you can motivate and lead people
• You enjoy direct contact with customers and business partners on site as well as have an interest in business management contexts
• In everyday work, you convince through initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
