Foreperson in Façade Construction (Ventilated Façade)

About the job

• Independent organisation & implementation of ventilated façade projects on site
• Leadership and motivation of an installation team of 2 to 5 employees
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and occupational safety
• Material disposition and coordination of site logistics
• Documentation and reports using modern digital tools
• Close collaboration with site management, project management and specialist planners
• Contributing to a positive and performance-oriented team culture

• Basic training as a façade builder EFZ, metalworker EFZ, carpenter EFZ, roofer EFZ or comparable qualification
• Initial experience as a foreperson or motivation for the next career step
• Interest in exciting façade projects with high visibility
• Enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• Solution-oriented and independent working style
• Interest in modern work tools such as tablets, digital site reports & contemporary processes
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
