What to expect with us
- You independently manage Federal Council matters in trademark and patent law
- You contribute to trademark and patent law legislation at national and international levels
- As a delegation member, you represent Switzerland in international negotiations in the field of trademark and patent law
- You take on independent management of administrative and administrative court proceedings, including legal enforcement as well as drafting orders and legal documents
- You conduct investigations and answer complex legal questions
What makes you successful
- You have completed your studies (lic. iur., MLaw)
- A lawyer’s licence or other legal further training is an advantage
- You have a very good command of German, English, and a second official language, both spoken and written
- You are motivated to gain experience in the field of intellectual property
- You communicate complex matters clearly, understandably, and with style, both orally and in writing
- You are flexible and resilient and present yourself confidently and convincingly
