Your Contribution
Your Contribution
- You are responsible for the central ITIL processes Major Incident, Problem and Change Management. In the event of major disruptions, you and your team take the lead and, in close collaboration with the IT suppliers, restore operations as quickly as possible
- You are responsible for the innovative further development of the processes towards automation and AIOps. For this, you develop concepts that support our DevOps teams in taking their operational processes to the next level
- You are responsible for the further development of the FinOps processes and support the DevOps teams, in collaboration with the Cloud Center of Excellence, in the efficient use of the cloud
- You are responsible for achieving the financial FinOps goals and create transparency over business cases, forecasts and current consumption figures
- You are responsible for the entire HW and SW lifecycle process. In coordination with the specialist departments, you ensure the timely implementation of lifecycle measures
- You are responsible for the procedural and operational license management and actively ensure that under- or over-licensing is avoided
- You are responsible for managing AXA's internal IT provider and further develop the partnership-based collaboration, especially within the group
- You are responsible for managing the Master Agreements and SLAs. You ensure that all contracts meet regulatory requirements and incorporate new specifications into the contract framework in collaboration with the Regulatory team
- You are responsible for ensuring smooth IT services for our near- and offshoring locations in the Customer Operations area

- Even in critical situations, you keep an overview, remain solution-oriented and radiate the necessary calm and authority
- You have several years of professional and leadership experience in IT Service Management and are well-versed in the ITIL frameworks
- A strong sense of quality and a proactive, shaping working style complete your profile. You do not wait but take action
- You have a high affinity for automation and AIOps and bring not only knowledge but also the vision of how to design modern IT operations
- You think entrepreneurially and have a deep understanding of cloud economics and FinOps principles to sustainably increase cost efficiency and evaluate business cases
- You are an excellent networker who builds and maintains partnership-based and reliable relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Regulatory, DevOps) and external suppliers. You can easily communicate with your international colleagues in English
- You bring sound knowledge of IT governance, internal control systems (ICS) and the audit environment
- Experience in managing IT providers and designing contracts (SLAs) is a matter of course for you
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering or a similar field
