Nurse as Team Leader in Night Shift, Part-Time 60-70% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You lead and motivate the night team and advise as well as support your colleagues
• Additionally, you create the staff deployment plan and actively participate in direct care
• You competently apply care processes and ensure quality standards
• The workload can be 60 or 70%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a certified nurse / certified nurse HF, FH, DNII, AKP or PSYKP, DNI or as a specialist in long-term care and support
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required
• A leadership qualification or willingness to complete one is expected
• IT knowledge in RAI NH and/or EasyDok is a great advantage
• Good German skills and understanding of Swiss German are required
