La Boulangerie Industrielle SA is a family tradition company, specialising in wheat processing, manufacturing and selling bakery, viennoiserie and pastry – catering products. All its products are delivered to the sales points of the BISA group but also to supermarkets and food distribution chains, retailers and communities, hotels and restaurants present in various Swiss cantons.

We are looking for Artisan Bakers (M/F) for our Wood Oven in Geneva

Baker

• Making, kneading, baking and finishing products
• Production of breads, specialities, viennoiseries, savoury products....
• Management of raw materials
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards and professional regulations: hygiene, safety
• More than 2 years experience in a similar position
• Training, bakery diploma is a plus
• Initiative and excellent priority management. The position is available immediately.
• Hours 6pm-3am
