Your main tasks:
- Leadership and deployment planning of the cleaning staff
- Conducting quality controls in various properties
- Contact person for customer concerns
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Organization of material orders and deliveries
- Training of new cleaning staff
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in cleaning is mandatory (leadership experience is an advantage)
- Completed training as a building cleaner is an advantage
- Good German skills (written and spoken)
- Neat appearance and friendly manners
- Impeccable reputation
- Driving license category B is mandatory
