Laser Technician 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Programming and operating laser machines, especially in the area of initial production
- Analysing and optimising production processes as well as identifying and implementing improvement potentials
- Ensuring quality and inspecting manufactured parts according to specified quality standards
- Coordinating and resolving malfunctions as well as ensuring maintenance, cleaning and care of machines and equipment
- Supporting new systems and processes and actively assisting with their introduction
- Participating in daily operations and working with the team to ensure smooth production flow
Your profile
- Completed technical training, e.g. as a precision mechanic, electromechanic, electronics technician, machine mechanic or in a comparable profession
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a technical or production environment
- Strong technical understanding and good PC user skills
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
- Team player with initiative, flexibility and resilience – you prioritise and make decisions independently
- Very good German skills and willingness to work occasional shifts; English skills and experience with printed circuit boards are advantageous
