Our partner, a structure specialised in Home Hospitalisation (HAD), is recruiting oncology nurses. This position allows you to provide expert and compassionate medical care directly at the patients' homes.

Your Responsibilities
As part of your mission, you will be responsible for:
Administering specific treatments (chemotherapies, immunotherapies) and managing central venous lines at the patient’s home.
Ensuring rigorous clinical follow-up and managing any side effects of treatments.
Coordinating supportive care and pain management, in direct collaboration with oncologist doctors.
Supporting and informing the patient and their relatives (therapeutic education and relational support).
Ensuring continuity of care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals (health network, private practitioners).
Qualifications
Your Profile
To meet our partner’s expectations, you must meet the following criteria:
Training: Nursing diploma with confirmed experience or specialisation in oncology.
Note for EU/EFTA diplomas: Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) as well as 6 months of experience in Switzerland are required.
Mobility: Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
Professional skills: Ability to work autonomously in complex situations while communicating effectively with the coordination team.
Personal qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills to establish a climate of trust in the context of chronic or palliative care.
