What you will do
- Independent preparation and cooking of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
- Organization of the daily routine and preparation of production for the coming day
- Participation in the à-la-carte service
- Planning as well as preparation and cooking of dishes for special events
- Proper acceptance, storage, and documentation of goods and cleaning agents
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a cook or comparable professional experience
- Creativity, high quality standards, and a clean, independent working style
- Flexible, resilient, team-oriented, and hands-on
- Passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
- Valid driving license class B and good German skills; English is an advantage
