This is a unique opportunity to make a global impact while working in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives.Reporting to the Director, Global HEOR, you will lead strategic and hands-on initiatives across emerging markets (Latin America, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, China, Russia, India, and Africa). Your work will directly influence patient access and affordability, ensuring innovative treatments reach those who need them most.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Lead with purpose: Oversee HEOR projects with external partners, ensuring scientific rigor and timely delivery.</li><li>Empower teams globally: Co-create country-level HEOR plans and mentor local professionals to build capabilities.</li><li>Drive innovation: Adapt economic models and guide Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies to meet diverse market needs.</li><li>Communicate impact: Translate complex data into clear, compelling value stories for HTA submissions and payer negotiations.</li><li>Collaborate across cultures: Work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to strengthen global access strategies.</li><li>Champion visibility: Lead publication planning and represent HEOR at international congresses.</li></ul>About You<ul><li>8+ years’ experience in the biotech, pharma or healthcare sector (incl. consulting) with strong focus in Health Economics, Market Access, or related functions/fields</li><li>Experience across multiple global regions, especially emerging markets</li><li>Deep knowledge of healthcare system and evolving trends of the major HTA countries and Emerging countries </li><li>Strong knowledge of health economic modeling and RWE.</li><li>Proven leadership in cross-functional or cross-country initiatives.</li><li>Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, PharmD, MPH) in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or related field.</li><li>Oncology and/or immunology experience preferred.</li><li>Passion for improving patient access and affordability.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Inclusive culture: We value diversity and encourage different perspectives to drive innovation.</li><li>Career growth: Leadership development, mentoring, and exposure to strategic decision-making.</li><li>Impactful work: Contribute to therapies that change lives worldwide.</li></ul>Do you like the sound of this job and think you’ve got what it takes?
