For an established Swiss company in the field of mailing production and document management, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking and strong leadership personality as Head of Technology & Production.
In recent years, the company has developed from a classic printing operation to a modern service provider. Today, efficient processes, high IT security, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and a strong quality understanding are at the centre.
In this key position you will take on responsibility for technology, production, processes and infrastructure and actively shape the further development of the company .
Exciting leadership role
- Overall responsibility for PreMedia, Digital Printing, Lettershop, Logistics/Warehouse & IT departments
- Leadership & development of team leaders & employees
- Ensuring economical, timely & high-quality production
- Continuous optimisation of processes, workflows & infrastructure
- Responsibility for production planning, resources & use of operating equipment
- Management & coordination of external service providers & partners
- Participation in investments, evaluation of new technologies & further development of IT
- Collaboration in the expansion & maintenance of the ERP system
- Budget responsibility & ensuring defined quality objectives
- Active participation in management & shaping corporate strategy
Your background
- Technical or graphic basic training
- Further training in leadership, management
- Technical or graphic basic training
- Further training in leadership, management
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within production, technology or operations
- High understanding of IT, digital processes & technical infrastructure
- Experience in the classic graphic industry, printing sector, mailing production is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking & enjoyment in sustainably improving processes
- Assertive, communicative & solution-oriented personality
- Ability to motivate teams & think operationally at the same time
- Structured, resilient & pragmatic working style
- Good German skills & ideally English skills
