You lead, coach, and develop a team of 17 and ensure a motivating team spirit.
You ensure a high quality of care and guarantee the correct implementation of RAI in everyday care.
As a contact person for relatives, doctors, and external partners, you act competently, solution-oriented, and approachable.
You recognise optimisation potential and actively contribute your ideas on processes, digitalisation, and care development.
In doing so, you combine leadership, organisation, and care with a healthy dose of humour and humanity.
