Your Tasks

• You lead your team both professionally and disciplinarily (including recruitment, employee development, target agreements, employee discussions and budget responsibility). In doing so, you promote an open feedback, learning and performance culture
• You are responsible for the establishment and continuous development of a professional IT Service Operations regarding processes, methods, tools and governance
• You ensure the high-quality, stable and cost-efficient delivery of our infrastructure, cloud, workplace and application services throughout the entire lifecycle
• You manage and coordinate our external IT service providers, conduct service reviews, monitor the agreed services and initiate continuous improvement measures
• You actively support your team in the operational day-to-day business

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in computer science (or equivalent) and bring several years of experience in IT operations (infrastructure, cloud, workplace)
• You already have initial or several years of leadership experience and understand how to motivate, develop and successfully lead teams
• You have sound knowledge in IT Service Management (ideally according to ITIL) as well as in managing external IT service providers and outsourcing partners
• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and take responsibility for results and service quality
• You convince through a structured, independent and proactive way of working as well as through strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer and service orientation are your top priorities, while you also possess the necessary assertiveness.
