Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking for nursing professionals with a FAGE EFZ, FABE EFZ, or diploma in nursing to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Ensuring qualified, professional, and appreciative care and support
• Taking on house responsibility as well as on-call duties
• Contact person for employees, residents, and relatives
• Leadership and support of residents as a reference person
• Complete nursing documentation
• Planning, accompanying, and conducting medical visits

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ, Care Specialist EFZ, Long-term Care Assistant or Diploma Nurse
• Several years of professional experience is an advantage
• Motivating, loyal, and supportive personality
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Strong self- and social competence
• Respectful and empathetic interaction with our residents
• Interest in participating in developments and innovations
• Good PC skills
• Trainer certificate is an advantage
• Solid RAI user knowledge
