Our Multi-Asset, Equities, Fixed Income and Quant teams consist of around 100 people and are based at the headquarters at the former Rentenanstalt in Zurich. Within the scope of the role, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the activities in portfolio management of funds and mandates.
For the Equity, Multi-Asset and Equities teams, we want to further improve, automate and transfer various content and processes to an automated platform. Furthermore, we are looking for support in the creation of analyses and articles on investment topics and quantitative issues.
Therefore, we are seeking support through a Working Student (m/f/d) immediately. The workload is approximately 60% and can be arranged flexibly.
The Role
- Preparation of regular reports, analyses and presentations on performance, portfolio structure and risk, investment strategy and similar topics
Further development of the reporting and analysis platform
Support in revising marketing materials
Ad-hoc tasks such as support in data procurement, small analyses, special presentations, etc.
Support of the product specialist and portfolio managers regarding tools and automation
Expertise
You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree programme
Interest in financial markets and basic economic knowledge
Excellent application skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent programming skills in Python
Experience with databases and queries
Good knowledge of R and VBA as well as experience with Github and Bitbucket are advantageous
Independent, proactive and enjoys teamwork
Precise and accurate working style
Good German and English skills
