Production Manager Thin Film Manufacturing Laser/Saw 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Management of the department with approx. 10 employees
- Creation and implementation of daily and weekly planning
- Regular exchange with other production managers
- Monitoring and optimisation of production processes and process times
- Creation of work instructions
- Training and induction of employees
- Reporting to production management
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Collaboration within the department
Your profile:
- Completed technical training with further education as technician or process specialist
- Experience in managing employees
- Prior knowledge in microtechnology/-electronics or thin film processes desired
- Very structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- German language skills at least at level C1
- Good communication and organisational skills
