Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for two for Morges Hospital:

Pediatric Nurses (M/F) at 100%

Start date as soon as possible.

YOU HAVE

• A HES nursing diploma, or recognized foreign equivalent CRS
• Successful experience in a similar role in neonatology or pediatric or pediatric emergency services with PALS, an asset
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night as well as during the week and 2 weekends per month.
• Versatility and excellent stress management skills allowing you to work in our three pediatric units (emergency, pediatric ward, neonatology)
• Strong communication and listening skills as well as a sense of multidisciplinary teamwork

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the triage of patients aged 0 to 16 presenting in non-life-threatening emergency situations.
• Care for pediatric emergencies, inpatient care for patients aged 0 to 16, as well as premature and full-term babies.
• Anticipate, plan, organize and provide quality care with kindness and dexterity
• Develop personalized care goals with the child, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project
• Systematically and continuously assess the clinical condition of children.
