Your Tasks

• Independent and responsible handling of sea and air freight shipments from order entry to delivery
  
• Organisation and coordination of transports in close cooperation with internal departments as well as external service providers
  
• Preparation of all necessary export documents, including export customs declarations, shipping and customs documents
  
• Execution of shipments using the Carnet ATA
  
• Quotation preparation as well as competent advice and support for our customers
  

Your Profile

• Completed training as a freight forwarding clerk or comparable qualification

  
  

• Solid professional experience in export, import and in the field of sea and air freight

  
  

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

  
  

• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally other relevant IT systems
