Welcome to the Social Network Association District of Horgen (SNH).
We offer social services for adults in difficult life situations and promote their social and professional integration.
In the Garden SNH, we combine work in the green sector with social engagement. We carry out customer orders in garden maintenance, produce firewood, and operate a field with berries and vegetables. The focus is on supporting and promoting our program participants in their social and professional integration.
This position is aimed at experienced professionals from the green sector with educational training or relevant practical experience and a willingness to further their education in this area.
What to expect from us
- Collaboration and guidance in practical work in garden maintenance, vegetable and berry cultivation, as well as firewood production
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of work orders with the participants
- Responsibility for occupational safety and quality, as well as a targeted daily structure
- Administrative tasks in the operational and educational area
- Occasional assignments in collaboration with other specialist areas
You bring
- Interest and joy in working with people in challenging life situations
- Completed training in the green sector or equivalent qualification
- Training in educational work or solid experience with a willingness to continue education
- Valid driver's license category B (ideally also BE)
- Independent, reliable working style and a confident, friendly demeanor
