Here you will be bubbling with enthusiasm:
- Personal customer contact, as well as by email or telephone
- Advising discerning customers on site in the store as well as by telephone
- Acceptance of orders
- Handling customer concerns, complaints
- Invoicing and invoice control
- Assistance with processing reminders and credit card payments
- General administrative tasks in the internal service
This is what you have in your range:
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Experience in customer service desirable
- Solid ERP experience, user knowledge in MS Office
- Passion for wines and spirits, experience in this area desirable
- Open-minded, resilient and cheerful personality
- Strong communication skills with fluent German, French an advantage
