We are looking for a committed individual for our location in Schmerikon who will take responsibility for the evaluation, introduction, and optimization of new process technologies in toolmaking with a focus on precision, efficiency, and automation.

Specialist: Technology & Automation
in Toolmaking

In this exciting role, you will evaluate new technologies, assess equipment including automation in all areas of toolmaking, and organize the procurement of operating resources together with supervisors. You will accompany the commissioning of all equipment together with the technical staff, conduct training sessions, and optimize both new and existing technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of our CAM system.

For this demanding position, you bring a completed vocational training as a polymechanic, several years of professional experience in injection mold making, manual skills, as well as an affinity for IT and automation. A clean and structured way of working, teamwork, flexibility, reliability, independence, good improvisation and visualization skills, as well as an innovative mindset complete your profile.
