The St. Josef retirement centre with its 78 beds offers a wide range of care and support services. Our holistic concept combines the St. Josef retirement centre, a health centre with internal home care, and a department for assisted living. You will be able to work in this varied environment in the future.
Area of responsibility:
- Holistic, individual, resource-oriented care and support of elderly nuns and residents
- Co-responsibility for the care and support process
- Care and support documentation, planning of care measures based on the care process
- Co-design and development of the care and support area
- Active participation in team meetings, projects and working groups
Expectations:
- Training as a Health Specialist (FaGe)
- Professional experience and expertise in long-term care
- Communication skills, high social competence, empathy and understanding for our elderly nuns and residents
- Teamwork, flexibility, independence and resilience even in hectic situations
- Proficiency in German language, spoken and written
- Good PC user skills
