The St. Josef retirement centre with its 78 beds offers a wide range of care and support services. Our holistic concept combines the St. Josef retirement centre, a health centre with internal home care, and a department for assisted living. You will be able to work in this varied environment in the future.

Area of responsibility:

• Holistic, individual, resource-oriented care and support of elderly nuns and residents
• Co-responsibility for the care and support process
• Care and support documentation, planning of care measures based on the care process
• Co-design and development of the care and support area
• Active participation in team meetings, projects and working groups

Expectations:

• Training as a Health Specialist (FaGe)
• Professional experience and expertise in long-term care
• Communication skills, high social competence, empathy and understanding for our elderly nuns and residents
• Teamwork, flexibility, independence and resilience even in hectic situations
• Proficiency in German language, spoken and written
• Good PC user skills
